Based in Palm Harbor FL, I specialize in the 'Digital-to-Physical' workflow. The Build Lab is built on the belief that the most useful products are those designed with intention. By combining advanced CAD modeling with precision 3D printing, We hand-craft functional essentials that prioritize purpose over ornament. We started this store in January 2026 and are planning on adding more products and ascetics to the website as we go.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your engineered purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

(order number).

Custom-Engineered Products:

Any items designed or 3D-printed to your specific custom specifications.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items:

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email Us:

RMA Approval:

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Ship It Back:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
